Job summary

Global Resources and Supports is seeking a Director of Operations / Program Director to lead our Developmental Disabilities (DD) and Mental Health programs in Nevada. This hands-on leadership role stabilizes operations, ensures compliance, and guides staff through growth into new markets.

You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, manage Medicaid-related processes, and collaborate with HR and Finance on staffing, payroll, and billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field.
• 5+ years leadership experience in DD, mental health, or human services.
• Experience with DRC and/or IDS/DDS systems (required).
• Strong understanding of Medicaid waiver services and compliance.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all DD and mental health services (residential, day programs, clinic).
• Ensure full compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and documentation standards.
• Supervise QDDPs, case managers, residential managers, DSPs, and clinical staff.
• Monitor documentation and billing to ensure accuracy and reimbursement integrity.
• Lead team meetings, audits, and operational reviews.
• Work with HR and Finance on staffing, payroll, and billing.
• Help launch and stabilize mental health clinic operations.
• Identify gaps and improve systems for efficiency and compliance.

If you do not have direct experience with DRC or IDS/DDS systems, this is not the right role.

Compensation & Benefits
