Job summary

Project Redirect is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support individuals who are intellectually/physically disabled in a DC-area program. You will analyze tasks and provide on-the-job training to help clients build productive relationships with employers.

The role requires early morning availability (5:30 am–1:00 pm) and a commitment to empowering participants through structured IWPs and job development efforts, with focus on placement support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or vocational training.
• Must show knowledge of Individual Work Plans (IWP) and job development.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a Federal Background check.

SUMMARY:

A non-Profit located in the District of Columbia is seeking a dynamic person to be the Job Coach for individuals who are Intellectually/Physically Disabled.

Analyzing job tasks and providing on-the-job training so that the client may develop and maintain a productive working relationship with the employer.

Candidate must be able to work an early morning shift 5:30 am- 1:00pm 7.5 hrs a day

Qualifications & Must Haves:

• High school Diploma or GED / Required
• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field / Preferred
• Minimum 4 years of current or related specialized experience / vocational training
• Must show demonstrated knowledge of Individual Work Plans (IWP) and job development
