Dutton Farm Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Job Coach to support adults with disabilities at their job sites, providing hands-on coaching, skill-building, and guidance to help participants succeed.
You will work side-by-side with participants, deliver one-on-one coaching, and help maintain documentation and safety standards; a background in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred, with a high school diploma and ability to pass a background check.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job description:
Must be available to work at least 3 mornings per week and must be willing to transport a participant to and from work location.
