Job summary

Fostering Hope in Peoria, AZ is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to train, supervise, and support adults with developmental disabilities as they explore employment in the community. The role is full-time and in-person, with Monday-Friday 8am-4pm shifts on a ranch setting and transportation provided to and from the program.

You will help individuals thrive through Group Supported Employment services, working around animals and contributing to a compassionate, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean 39-month driving record.
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card without restrictions.
• Article 9 Training.
• Certification in Adult/Child/Infant CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to address multiple projects while prioritizing tasks in a busy operating environment.
• At least 3 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working around both large and small animals.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and support adults with developmental disabilities in employment opportunities in the community.
• Provide transportation to and from the program.
• Work in a ranch setting around animals and on-site activities.
• Maintain safety and compliance across shifts.

As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in training, supervising, and supporting adults with developmental disabilities as they navigate employment opportunities within the community.

Position Highlights:

Minimum Qualifications:
