As a Gensler Job Captain in our New York office, your job is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients. With you as part of the design team, architecture has never been so engaging.
The base salary range will be estimated between $99k - $130k. Gensler’s total compensation package is multi‑layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and profit sharing.
