Job summary

SLCE Architects in New York, NY seeks a Job Captain to coordinate complex projects through design and documentation phases. You’ll lead project coordination, manage BIM workflows, and ensure high-quality construction documents, working closely with PMs and project architects.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of professional architectural experience, advanced Revit skills, and knowledge of AutoCAD. A degree in Architecture is required, with licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 6-8 years of professional architectural experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong BIM workflows and document coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project coordination and team communication.
• Develop and coordinate architectural documentation from design through construction.
• Maintain BIM models and ensure drawing integrity and QC.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage drawing integration.
• Support code research and coordination of MEP and structural docs.
• Prepare RFIs, addenda, and site observations as needed.
