PBK is seeking a Job Captain to produce construction documents across all project phases, from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. You will assist the Project Architect in documenting for bidding and construction, coordinate with consultants, and ensure code compliance while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 4+ years of experience, and strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 4+ years of professional Architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture.
• Ability to use AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp or other 3D modeling/Rendering software.

Responsabilidades

• Produce high-quality project deliverables in construction documents.
• Assist Project Architect in developing project documents for bidding and construction.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and team members.
• Review drawings and submittals for document compliance.
• Occasional travel may be required.
