The role focuses on documenting for bidding and construction, coordinating with engineers and consultants, and leading design and construction efforts for diverse projects across education, healthcare, corporate, and sports sectors. The candidate should hold an Architectural degree with 4-8 years of experience and be proficient in Revit Architecture; familiarity with AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Architectural degree is a prerequisite.
• 4-8 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture is required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp is valuable.
• DSA experience preferred.
• Experience in Educational, Healthcare, Corporate, and Sports projects is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to engage with senior management, external client organizations, and vendors.

• Provide support for tasks essential to project completion.
• Craft project construction documents with precision and detail.
• Coordinate document preparation with consultants, contractors, and team members.
• Review shop drawings, project submittals, and materials for compliance.
• Maintain documentation of code reviews and compliance.
• Foster communication with management, clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth daily operations.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Project Architect to create project documents for bidding and construction.
• Contribute to the design and construction schedule, effectively conveying the technical implications of design choices.
• Lead and direct the architectural and/or engineering team, fostering an orderly, efficient, and coordinated workflow.
• Provide invaluable support for all tasks essential to the successful project completion.
• Craft project construction documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate and coordinate document preparation with consultants, contractors, and team members.
• Diligently review shop drawings, project submittals, and other materials for document compliance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of code review and compliance.
• Foster seamless communication and coordination with management, clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth daily business operations.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• An Architectural degree is a prerequisite.
• Ideally, 4-8 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in using Revit Architecture is a must.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, or other 3D Modeling, Animation, and Rendering computer graphics programs is a valuable asset.
• DSA (Division of the State Architect) experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in Educational, Healthcare, Corporate, and Sports projects is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills are vital.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple projects, and adapt to evolving work demands, often against tight deadlines.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with senior management, external client organizations, and vendors.
