Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in architecture/interiors, strong Revit/BIM/3D modeling skills, and experience across all design phases. Leadership in coordinating consultants and contributing to business development is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution
• 7+ years of experience in architecture, interiors, or construction
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software
• Experience in all design phases: schematic design, construction documents, and administration
• Demonstrated ability to manage consultants, coordinate project workflows, and lead project teams
• Strong communication skills with client and contractor interactions
• NCIDQ, ARE, or LEED certification preferred
• Ability to contribute to business development initiatives and Leadership within the organization

Responsibilities

• Develop design studies, concepts, and sketches independently

• Prepare coordinated contract documents including plans, details, sections, and elevations
