The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, motivate others, and participate actively in all phases of design assignments. This role involves programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, construction documentation, and construction administration. You will assist in the development of design concepts and provide graphic and visualization tools for client presentations. Candidates will also be involved in client design reviews and presentations, research manufacturers, and participate in the selection and presentation of building materials, fixtures, equipment, finishes, color palettes, artwork, and lighting.
