Job summary

Actalent is seeking a hands-on Job Captain in Irvine, CA to lead project delivery and coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants across institutional, healthcare, education, and industrial facilities.

You will develop construction documents in Revit, support design development, and ensure timely project startup activities while taking ownership of deliverables in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is for the second type.

We're partnering with a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering practice that is experiencing significant growth and needs a hands-on Job Captain to help support a broad portfolio of institutional, education, healthcare, industrial, public-sector, and technically complex facilities.

You'll work directly with architects, engineers, and project teams to coordinate project delivery, develop construction documents, solve design challenges, and help move projects from concept through execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and coordinate architectural drawing packages in Revit
• Support projects through design development and construction documents
• Coordinate directly with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Help organize multidisciplinary project deliverables
• Review technical requirements and support project startup activities
• Identify coordination issues and help drive solutions
• Contribute to a variety of project types across multiple markets

What We're Looking For

Preferred

• Registration in progress
• Federal or public-sector project experience

• Construction Administration experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $72.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
