Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Journeyman Security Operation Administrator to support a program at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities include managing facility security, badging, entry control, and access databases; coordinating SAP activities and visitor procedures; and maintaining COOP plans and CCTV monitoring. This role is full-time, on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Qualifications

• 3 years' relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; 1 year with a Master's; or 7 years with a HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational security support in facility management, badging, and entry control.
• Support day-to-day collateral and SAP activities per DoDI 5205.11 and DoDM 5205.07.
• Manage entry control point and verify personnel clearance levels in DISS.
• Maintain electronic files and records management and file plans.
• Assist with visitor sign-in procedures and security clearance tracking.
• Coordinate secure conference rooms and monitor CCTV system.

Job Description

HII Mission Technology is looking for a Journeyman Security Operation Administrator to support a program at Wright-Patteson AFB, Ohio. Top Secret clearance is required.

• Provide operational security support in facility management, badging, and entry control.
• Support day-to-day collateral and Special Access Program (SAP) activities in accordance with DoDI 5205.11 and DoDM 5205.07
• Provide resource protection and manning at the Entry Control Point for a government secure facility.
• Maintain a computerized database of personnel requiring access to the facility manage newcomer and security-related databases
• Assist with visitor sign-in procedures, including the verification of personnel clearance levels in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
• Assist with electronic files management, records management, and file plan management.
• Assist in the issuance and retrieval of accountable facility badges
• Implementation of escorting and visitor policies
• Execution of force protection/anti-terrorism measures
• Participate in emergencies or exercises as required.
• Update and coordinate the organization’s Continuity of Operations (COOP) plan
• Perform unclassified document scanning
• Manage the receipt and security of mail and other deliveries
• Maintain and manage the organization’s security clearance tracker
• Coordinate the use of secure conference rooms by outside agencies
• Create and manage contact rosters
• Monitor the facility’s Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
