Job summary

GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC in Savannah, Georgia, is seeking an Operations Senior Specialist to oversee warehouse operations, manage daily inbound and outbound flows, and maintain accurate transaction records.

The role requires attention to detail, precise counting, and proficiency with MS Excel. You will produce regular reports, audit processes, monitor service quality for customers, and support safe, efficient logistics for Hyundai GLOVIS customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Control inbound/outbound flow to meet deadlines.
• Identify discrepancies at end of each business week.
• Manage inventory and shipments via the system module.
• Track and analyze order transactions including hotshot/repair.
• Perform weekly/monthly process audits.
• Produce reports and statistics (IN/OUT status, dead stock).
• Gather customer feedback and monitor service quality.
• Oversee daily production and optimize logistics for customers.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report violations.
• Deliver additional orders or repairs if needed.
• Lift/move boxes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $69,000.00 To $73,000.00 Annually

Operations Senior Specialist (OCC)

Department: OCC

Reports to: Department Operation Manager

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1 st Shift (Expected from 6:30AM-3:00PM) (Schedule is subject to change based on production requirements)

An Operations Sr. specialist oversees operations in warehouse including manage daily operations and keep percise record/history of transactions during daily operations. Main duties include controlling floor operations and provide high-quality logistics services to customer, manage both inbound/outbound operations and analyzing/developing protocols for any operational issues.

Responsibilities for an Operations Senior Specialist:

• Manage receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Controlling the flow of inbound and outbounds on time
• Identifying any discrepancies/issues at the end of business operations each week
• Manage inventory and shipments via provided system module
• Tracking and analyzing order transaction - including additional orders (hotshot) and repair
• Perform weekly/monthly process audits
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
• Receive feedbacks from customer and monitor the quality of services provided
• Oversee daily production and provide optimal logistics services to customer
• Maintain safe environment and report to higher management if any violations occur

Secondary Responsibilities for an Operations Senior Specialist:

• Deliver any additional orders or repairs if needed
• Able to lift or move boxes if needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

The estimated base salary range for this job is $69,000 -$73,000. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.
