Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Jira System Administrator to support the Air Combat Command ISR mission at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA. You will architect and maintain Jira/Confluence environments, manage access controls, and optimize workflows and dashboards while collaborating across teams and external partners.

A TS/SCI clearance is required. You will train end-users, conduct security audits to safeguard data integrity, and enhance system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
• Hands-on experience administering Jira/Confluence.
• Deep understanding of Jira’s architecture (workflows, permissions, notifications, screens, etc.).
• Advanced skill in writing complex custom JQL filters.
• Sharp analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• A current TS/SCI security clearance.

What You’ll Do

As a Jira System Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our technical operations—enhancing and maintaining the unit’s Target Production Management System. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)
• Hands‑on experience administering Jira/Confluence

• Advanced skill in writing complex custom JQL filters

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in scripting, programming, or automation
• Familiarity with Air Force ISR operations
• Experience with Target Production Management Systems such as On Target, Krampus, Terminator, JEMS
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification compliance

Pay Range

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
