Job summary

Leidos LLC in Hampton, VA is seeking a Jira System Administrator to support Joint Base Langley-Eustis. You will architect and administer Jira/Confluence projects, manage access controls, and guide data quality across teams.

Qualifications

• A current TS/SCI security clearance

What You’ll Do

• Creating JQL filters and custom Confluence pages that enhance productivity and visibility
• Providing Tier II/III troubleshooting, guidance, and support to users and fellow Jira Admins
• Improving, automating, and optimizing Jira/Confluence processes to drive efficiency
• Leading training sessions to empower end‑users with the skills to thrive using Atlassian tools

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)
• Hands‑on experience administering Jira/Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting, programming, or automation
• Familiarity with Air Force ISR operations
• Experience with Target Production Management Systems such as On Target, Krampus, Terminator, JEMS
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification compliance

Pay Range: $73,450.00 - $132,775.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
