A leading company is seeking an experienced JIRA Solutions Designer to enhance project management processes through solution design, workflow optimization, and integration management. This role requires strong analytical skills, extensive experience with Jira, and a commitment to establishing best practices in an innovative environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities

· Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive Jira solutions, including project structures, custom fields, workflows, and screen layouts to streamline project management processes.
· Workflow Optimization: Create and refine complex workflows to automate tasks, manage approvals, and ensure smooth project progression
· Integration Management: Integrate Jira with other enterprise systems and tools using APIs and add-ons to create a unified data ecosystem
· System Administration: Manage Jira user permissions, custom schemes, and system settings to maintain data integrity and security
· Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for utilizing Jira features and functionalities.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor Jira performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to maintain system efficiency.
· Standards and Governance: Establish and enforce Jira governance guidelines, including naming conventions, data quality standards, and best practices.
