Job summary

Din Development Corporation is seeking an experienced JIRA/Portfolio Tools Analyst in Stafford, VA to support Agile portfolio management, reporting, and performance tracking across multiple Agile Release Trains. The role administers Jira configurations, creates executive dashboards, and provides data-driven insights for government stakeholders.

This position is contingent upon contract award. The incumbent will monitor KPIs/OKRs, support portfolio flow, and collaborate with teams to ensure

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret clearance eligibility required; interim Secret eligibility acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
• Eight (8) years of experience in agile portfolio tooling, program analysis, or related discipline required.
• Hands-on Jira administration experience required, including dashboards, board and workflow configuration, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAFe Portfolio Kanban and epic flow required.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira dashboards, boards, workflows, configuration, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for reporting metrics across all seven Agile Release Trains.
• Manage Portfolio Kanban and support the flow of epics through the portfolio.
• Track and report Work in Progress, Throughput, and Blockers.
• Support definition and reporting of KPIs and OKRs.
• Support the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity database and related Government-furnished portfolio tools.
