Job summary

Diné Development Corporation seeks an experienced JIRA/Portfolio Tools Analyst to drive Agile portfolio management, reporting, and performance tracking across multiple Agile Release Trains. You will administer Jira configurations, build executive dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to government stakeholders on program performance, risks, issues, and strategic objectives.

This role requires U.S. citizenship and secret clearance eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, and 8+ years in agile

• Eight years of experience in agile portfolio tooling or related discipline.
• Hands-on Jira administration experience with dashboards, boards, workflows, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAFe Portfolio Kanban and epic flow.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira dashboards, boards, configuration, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for reporting metrics across all seven Agile Release Trains.
• Manage Portfolio Kanban and support the flow of epics through the portfolio.
• Track and report Work in Progress, Throughput, and Blockers.
• Support definition and reporting of KPIs and OKRs.
• Support the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity database and related Government-furnished portfolio tools.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking an experienced JIRA/Portfolio Tools Analyst to support Agile portfolio management, reporting, and performance tracking across multiple Agile Release Trains. • Manage Portfolio Kanban and support the flow of epics through the portfolio.
