Job summary

NationMind LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking a JIRA Expert contractor for a 12+ month engagement. The role focuses on managing work in JIRA across multiple programs, enabling transitioning to JIRA, and developing processes, documentation and training for the team.

Position Summary

JIRA expert. As the global technology infrastructure organizations adopt a product centric operating model, it is important that we manage work correctly through JIRA. As ARC, along with other projects owned by the team, are critical cross-organizational programs, this role will ensure proper management of multiple programs through JIRA, as well as assist in transitioning to JIRA including developing process, documentation and training for the team.

• Expertise with Confluence site design, coding and maintenance
