Job summary

Endurion seeks a JIRA Administrator to deploy, configure, and optimize JIRA as the centralized ticketing system for work order tracking and workflow automation in Tampa, FL. The role emphasizes collaboration, real-time visibility, and performance monitoring across program work orders.

Qualifications

The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or five years of professional experience in JIRA administration.
Experience configuring JIRA workflows and managing issue tracking systems.
Integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools.
Implementing Agile methodologies and dashboard customization.
Service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring and performance tracking.
Workflow development, permission management, and automation.

Responsibilities

Deploying and configuring JIRA as the centralized ticketing system across work orders.
Integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools and ensuring seamless data sharing.
Configuring JIRA workflows, managing issue tracking systems, and automations.
Submitting the JIRA System Implementation & Integration Report and maintaining uptime requirements.
