ASencilla is seeking a JIRA Administrator with an active TS/SCI clearance to support a Marine Corps program in Stafford/Quantico, VA. The role requires extensive JIRA administration, Agile portfolio management, and dashboard reporting to drive program visibility and efficiency.

You will configure JIRA projects, build dashboards for multiple Agile Release Trains, manage epics with a Portfolio Kanban, and support KPI/OKR tracking for leadership while assisting teams transitioning from Microsoft

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including significant JIRA administration and configuration.
• Experience with Agile portfolio management, Kanban, and dashboard reporting.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred or ability to obtain interim Secret; U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, subject to final contract requirements.
• Able to work onsite in the Stafford, VA area and start within two weeks of award.

• Active Secret clearance (strongly preferred) or ability to obtain an interim Secret; U.S. citizenship required

Preferred: SAFe experience or certification; Atlassian certification; Microsoft Project; Security+; DoD experience

• Salary: $115,000–$135,000, based on experience and clearance
