Job summary

Atos in Chicago seeks an experienced Atlassian Administrator to install, configure, and maintain Jira Core, Jira Software, and Confluence within enterprise environments.

You will tailor workflows, dashboards, and reports, provide user training, and support teams across time zones, leveraging EazyBI or Tableau for scalable reporting.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of Atlassian experience, SDLC/Agile knowledge, strong autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, and key add-ons.
• Organize data in Jira and Confluence and support enterprise reporting.
• Develop team and program level metrics and dashboards.
• Create custom workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards to fit agile/enterprise needs.
• Manage complex components such as workflows, schemes, and notifications.
• Provide training and onboarding for users of the Atlassian suite.
• Support users and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Develop scaling reports in EazyBI or Tableau.
• Assist on other tasks as needed.

1. 1. Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, integrations with Jira, and key 3rd party add-ons
2. 2. Help guide and maintain the organization of data in Jira and Confluence
3. 3. Help support and build team and program level metrics
4. 4. Work with enterprise team members to enable custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports that fit into the agile mindset and enterprise reporting values
5. 5. Create and manage complex components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
6. 6. Advise on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges
7. 7. Experience installing and configuring add-ons for Atlassian Products to provide enhanced capabilities
8. 8. Provide user-based training to groups and users on Jira and Confluence usage, administration, and operational user and maintenance of the system
9. 9. Provide support as required as an administrator and to users to ensure the success of an implemented solution
10. 10. Provide onboarding capabilities and training for new users to the Atlassian product suite
11. 11. Development of scaling reports in EazyBI or Tableau
12. 12. Help with other assignments as necessary
