As a Shift Leader (PIC) you will help with day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, executing fast, accurate sandwiches, helping to keep the restaurant clean, and training and supervising your team.
Essential Functions Include
Execute quality store operations and deliver exceptional customer and store experience.
Seek ways to improve guest satisfaction by understanding and exceeding guest expectations, resolving guest issues, and developing and maintaining guest relationships.
Train, supervise, and assist team members as necessary.
Ensure orders are made fast, accurately, and consistent while complying with brand standards regarding portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures.
Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code.
Comply with all food, safety, sanitation, and security guidelines.
Operate POS while adhering to all cash handling policies efficiently and with integrity.
Operate food preparation machinery.
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including but not limited to tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc.
Foster an environment of teamwork and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
Perform other related duties as necessary.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, customer service, fast-food, or other related fields.
Strong leadership skills that contribute to overall team performance and understand how their role relates to others.
Positive, respectful, and enthusiastic attitude with guests and team members
Ability to thrive and work well with others in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Learn and execute multiple tasks
Operate with integrity, demonstrate honesty, treat others with respect, and keep commitments.
