As a Shift Leader (PIC), you will oversee daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, ensure fast and accurate sandwich preparation, maintain cleanliness, and train and supervise staff.

Essential Functions Include

  • Ensure quality store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by exceeding expectations, resolving issues, and building relationships.
  • Train, supervise, and support team members.
  • Maintain fast, accurate order fulfillment adhering to brand standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance per dress code.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and security guidelines.
  • Operate POS systems with integrity and efficiency.
  • Operate food preparation machinery.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and sanitized.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, customer service, or fast-food preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of team dynamics.
  • Positive, respectful, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate with honesty, integrity, and respect.

Job Details
