Job Purpose: Provide world-class customer service by delivering Jimmy John’s sandwiches quickly and with a smile. Showcase your personality and teamwork.

Duties include:

• Driving responsibly and obeying traffic laws
• Working in-store when not delivering
• Following company policies and maintaining store cleanliness and safety
• Preparing sandwiches and maintaining food safety standards

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+
• Must be listed as a driver on auto insurance for the vehicle used
• Must be passionate about sandwiches
• Be coachable, energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and charismatic
• Able to memorize the menu within 14 days and pass the test
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Card (CA & AZ only)
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for MVR check

Working conditions: Able to work in a loud, fast-paced environment, using equipment safely.

Physical requirements: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb ladders if needed.

Delivery locations include both residential and commercial areas. Typical shifts are 10AM - 3PM and 3PM - 9PM.
