Job Purpose

To provide world-class customer service by delivering Jimmy John’s sandwiches quickly and efficiently, spreading the love and making customers smile. Demonstrate personality and service excellence to managers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive responsibly and obey all traffic laws.
• Work in-store when not delivering orders.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive store culture.
• Prepare sandwiches, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Must be listed as a driver on auto insurance for the vehicle used for deliveries.
• Passionate about sandwiches.
• Coachable, energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and charismatic.
• Able to memorize the menu within 14 days and pass the test.
• Hold a valid Food Handlers Card (CA & AZ only).
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for MVR check.

Working Conditions

Operate in a fast-paced, moderately loud environment, using equipment safely and attentively.

Physical Requirements

Stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb ladders if necessary.
