Job summary

Jimmy John’s Denton is hiring Delivery Drivers. You’ll deliver sandwiches within a defined local area, spend time in-shop between runs, and learn routes to get orders out quickly and safely.

Paid hourly with tips on top, plus mileage reimbursement. No CDL required—just your car and a clean driving record. Flexible schedules, start within five days, and growth from within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable, insured vehicle.
• Driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area and in-shop between deliveries.
• Learn routes and ensure orders are sent out quickly and safely.
• Double-check every order before it leaves the store.
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately.
• Reconcile cash, tips, and mileage with the manager at shift end.
• Pitch in on in-shop tasks between deliveries.
