Position Summary

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is looking for an excellent leader to fill our full‑time Store Manager position at a Jiffy Lube location in West Springfield, MA. A Day in the Life of a Store Manager

In this management role at Jiffy Lube, you wear many hats, ensuring customers and employees are happy and the day‑to‑day business runs smoothly. You live our brand by striving to achieve our mission: “Creating Customers for Life through Fast, Friendly, Clean and Professional Service”. You set the tone, develop the future of our automotive business, hire and train the right team members, give constructive feedback, hold employees accountable, and encourage leadership skills.

You also help grow our auto business by using proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability. Your sales and customer service skills are essential! You plan and track budget forecasting models and ask the right questions that lead to innovation, progress, and success.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Relevant sales and customer service experience
• Previous leadership experience (a plus)
• Self‑motivated with excellent sales skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and delegate effectively
• Customer‑service oriented and able to resolve complex issues in a timely manner

Work Schedule

Shifts include a mix of day, evening (up to 8pm only), and weekend hours.
