Job summary

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is seeking an Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager to lead daily operations across multiple Jiffy Lube service centers. You will hire, train, and develop the next generation of ACE Jiffy Lube leaders in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating Store Leadership Teams, upholding ACE policies, and fostering community partnerships to enhance guest experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant leadership and management experience.
• Proven track record of developing and promoting talented individuals.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.
• At least 3 references that verify your history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and solid 50+ hour work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for multiple retail automotive repair stores/vehicle service centers.
• Communicate with Store Leadership Teams daily to ensure we are operating in alignment with the ACE Policies and Procedures.
• Create an environment of mutual respect while encouraging professional competition between stores.
• Collaborate with local businesses and neighborhood/school groups to build both a fleet and a community presence around all of our stores.
• Recognize that our Guests' Experience will ultimately determine our long term success.

About the Role
