Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively within all areas of the organization.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly joint interest billing process.
• Process monthly rebills as required.
• Apply cash for accounts receivable payments.
• Resolve owner inquiries.
• Prepare and record journal entries related to JIB accounts as required.
• Prepare account reconciliations, complete JI Audit requests and maintain SOX compliance.
• Assist with special projects or other accounting related assignments as requested.
