Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaching and Player Development: Assist in planning and conducting practices, drills, and conditioning sessions; provide instruction on skills and strategy; mentor student-athletes.
• Practice & Event Support: Help manage team logistics, including equipment and travel; assist in game-day coaching and in-game decisions; ensure athlete safety.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Model discipline and teamwork; support academic success and character development; communicate with coach, players, parents and admin.
• Communication: Provide updates on practices and schedules; address concerns from athletes and parents promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid Iowa Coaching License required
• Previous coaching experience (preferred, but not required)

• Commitment to promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and player development

Responsibilities

• Coaching and Player Development
