Job Title: JFK Passenger Service Agent

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday overnight shift, P.M. shift

Requirements and Description

Passenger Service Agents are the first line of defense for our customers! This is a customer-facing role, providing first-class customer service to everyone. You are friendly, outgoing, and love to make people happy daily!

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist passengers with their baggage pick-up.
  2. Resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
  3. Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
  4. Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
  5. Perform other related duties as assigned within your skill and experience level.
  6. Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing 70 pounds or more regularly; lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-year related experience preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese, Filipino, Tagalog, Mandarin, Indonesian, or Spanish required.
  • Must be a local (in-state) resident.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid State ID.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport security identification.
  • Ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
  • Alert to moving vehicles or aircraft; able to use radio equipment.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
