Job summary

ERMC Aviation is seeking a Cabin Supervisor to oversee daily tasks and ensure safe operations on the flight line. You will supervise staff, coordinate cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, and prepare cabins for boarding and departure.

The role requires handling detailed passenger cabin furnishings, supporting ramp activities, and performing FOD walks. Candidates must be able to work in extreme conditions, pass background checks for security clearance, and lift heavy items as needed.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of relevant experience.
• Able to work in extreme conditions (hot/cold) and in small spaces.
• Eligible for security clearance after background check.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Some shifts may require extended hours.
• Able to work in cramped or high places.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe operations.
• Clean and service aircraft interiors including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
• Prepare cabin for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning of seats, pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories.
• Inspect and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies per specifications; cleaning must be thorough.
• Assist Ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete.
• Perform FOD walks in ramp areas between flights.
• Ensure ground equipment is available in ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
• Read and interpret weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials labels, manifests, and baggage routing tags.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the appropriate skill level.

Responsibilities for Cabin Supervisor

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
• Helps prepare the cabin for Customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories.
• Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.
• Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.
• Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
• Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
• Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
