The Jewish Studies Program at American University in Washington, DC seeks a part-time Program Assistant to support events, assist with social media, and provide research support to the Program Director. This position is available only to enrolled American University students and requires roughly 5 hours per week, at a rate of $18.40 per hour.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Department of History Senior Administrative Assistant and the Program Manager for the Center for Israel

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled American University student.
• Able to work 5 hours per week.
• Interest in Jewish Studies or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support program events and social media.
• Provide research assistance to the Program Director.
• Work with History Dept. Senior Administrative Assistant and Center for Israel Studies PM.
• Other duties assigned.
