Job summary

Shane Co. in Franklin, TN, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive top-line sales while supervising the sales staff and shaping the customer and employee experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead by example on the floor, coach the team, and ensure outstanding service during every interaction. You will partner with store leadership, coordinate with Visual Merchandising, and manage opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing, leading, developing, training, and/or supervising others.
• Evening and weekend availability is a must.
• Direct knowledge of selling techniques and practices in a face-to-face environment.
• Retail sales or hospitality background and ability to present product features.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving top line sales, including supervising, coaching, and direction of the sales staff.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent in-store experience using Shane Co. tools.
• Work closely with store management as part of the leadership team.
• Partner with the Store Visual Merchandiser on merchandising standards and storytelling.
• Participate in and exemplify company culture.
• Develop understanding of shop, customer service, and sales operations processes.
• Attend scheduled store management team meetings and sales meetings.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the store.
• Process shop jobs for sales, customer repairs, warranty work, and quality control.
