• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, or 2 years plus 1 year of retail management experience.
• Diamond Council of America certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and coach team members to do the same.
• Ensure brand representation, store visuals, and marketing execution are consistent.
• Develop and grow team members through onboarding, training, and performance management.
