Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years retail sales + 1 year retail management.
• Experience in jewelry or specialty retail favored.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
• Advanced MS Office and business tools skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory control.
• Provide coaching and development to team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Schedule and manage opening/closing shifts, ensuring proper coverage.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain brand standards, visuals, and merchandising in line with corporate plans.
