Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations of a single store, driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory control while developing the team. You will champion a People First store environment that promotes diversity and inclusion and delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

The role reports to the District Manager and requires 3+ years of retail leadership, jewelry experience preferred, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Education: minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Experience: at least 3 years of retail sales, or 2 years sales + 1 year management.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory goals.
• Deliver personalized selling, coaching, and customer service to create a best-in-class experience.
• Develop and grow team members, ensure brand representation, and maintain store visuals and standards.
• Collaborate with District Manager and nearby stores to drive shared objectives.
