Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store under the District Manager's supervision. You will drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while managing inventory control and brand standards.

You will coach a diverse team, develop talent, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience by living the People First philosophy and maintaining strong store visuals and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification is a plus.
• Advanced communication skills required, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Ensure brand representation, inventory control, and store visuals are executed consistently.
