JEWELRY/STORE MANAGER (Finance)
Serve as the primary supervisor for the entire location. Maximize the financial performance of the store; achieve growth and sales targets by managing, training, and motivating the sales team. Create an emotional connection between Fred Meyer Jewelers and customers through engagement and communication during every shopping occasion in-store and online. Ensure all associates perform tasks safely, adhering to corporate policies and legal requirements. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
