Position Summary

Serve as the primary supervisor for the entire location. Maximize the financial performance of the store; achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing, training, and motivating the sales team. Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fred Meyer Jewelers policies and procedures
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, First Place, Act, and internet systems
• Experience with project teams
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, plus 6 months as an assistant manager, or 2 years retail jewelry experience
• Minimum 18 years old, ability to pass drug test, maintain confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Ability to organize tasks, understand industry terms, and continue education as needed
• Valid driver's license and completion of DCA courses within a year

• Model excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Manage store operations, including hiring, training, and supervising staff
• Maintain store profitability and inventory accuracy
