Signet Jewelers' Zales is looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and maintaining daily store standards, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will recruit and develop team members, train on product knowledge, and enforce company policies. The role requires retail experience, schedule flexibility including weekends, and a focus on teamwork and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections; maintaining daily focus on standards and customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruiting and selection of team members.
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
