Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; basic computer skills.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Support a high standard of customer satisfaction and staff development.
• Train and evaluate team members; recruit and select new hires.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and perform operational duties.
