Job summary

Signet Jewelers' Zales brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help the Store Manager drive sales, standards, and customer satisfaction while developing team members through training and evaluation.

You will recruit and select team members, enforce company policies, and contribute to profit projections. The role requires at least one year of retail experience, familiarity with POS terminals, and the ability to work days, nights and weekends to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining standards to hit sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
