Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Commitment to excellence and providing a refreshing shopping experience.
• Goal-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about success.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments.

• Display merchandise according to merchandising plans.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain security.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
