Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Commitment to excellence, growth, and providing a refreshing shopping experience
  • Goal-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate to succeed
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Essential Job Functions:

  • Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and promote excellent customer service
  • Achieve personal sales targets (e.g., credit applications, protection plans)
  • Promote Diamond Parties and special events
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to meet store goals and create a positive environment
  • Build emotional connections with customers through clienteling
  • Provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to customers
  • Advise on jewelry quality, cuts, value, and assist with selecting mountings and settings
  • Attend monthly meetings
  • Operate POS systems and process payments or credit authorizations
  • Inspect and clean jewelry for customers
  • Provide estimates for jewelry and watch repairs
  • Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments
  • Follow receiving and processing procedures
  • Display merchandise and promotional materials appropriately
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Participate in inventory counts and procedures
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
