Signet Jewelers is hiring a Key Sales Associate to engage customers, understand needs, present merchandise and explain features and benefits in a friendly, high-energy environment. You’ll contribute to a superior customer experience, work with the sales team to hit individual and store goals, and may assist store leadership with supervisory duties as needed.

Training on sales techniques and product knowledge is provided.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience and meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
