One year of sales or jewelry experience is preferred. We offer training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and explain features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet sales goals.
• May assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
