Signet Jewelers Limited is hiring a Key Sales Associate to engage customers, understand their needs, and promote our jewelry collections. You will present products, explain features and benefits, and offer service plans and financing options to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You’ll collaborate with the store team to hit individual and team targets, with potential supervisory duties for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager as needed. A strong focus on service excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
