Job summary

James Avery Artisan Jewelry in Tulsa, OK is seeking a guest-oriented retail associate to assist guests with selecting and purchasing merchandise at our Woodland Hills location. You will greet customers, operate the POS, wrap gifts, and maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with merchandise selection and purchases.
• Enter sales data into POS and obtain signatures.
• Present jewelry from stock/cases to guest and replace items after sale.
• Repair, polish or solder jewelry.
• Utilize GUESTS program when interacting with guests on sales floor or phone and when handling guest owned jewelry.
• Provide knowledgeable product information using in-store tools/training.
• Wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Achieve established individual KPI metrics.
• Assist Store Management in achieving store KPI metrics.
• Assist with store presentation and daily housekeeping.
• Attend required meetings.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
